Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman promises to solve the issue of gas distribution networks in the legal domain
The issue of payment for the use of gas distribution networks will be resolved in the legal domain, and cases of abuse on the part of private network operators will also be appropriately assessed.
This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman during "An Hour for Questions to the Government" in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
"We will need a law that will allow us to accrue charge for the use of these networks," said Groysman.
He added that certain decisions should be approved in line with the new law, which will correct mistakes of the past, particularly in terms of transmitting networks to private operators.
"We have applied to law enforcement authorities. If we notice abuses of legal nature during the transmission (of distribution networks), we will immediately take all necessary legal measures to restore the state control", said the Prime Minister.
