8 regions came under fire
September 17 civilian energy infrastructure in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Kherson regions came under enemy fire. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Energy.
In Sumy Oblast, as a result of the shelling of the substation territory, power was cut off to equipment, household and industrial consumers. Power has been partially restored. A fire broke out during repeated shelling of the substation. It has already been eliminated.
In the Poltava region, the air line was shut down during the air alert. During the inspection, traces of a ground fire caused by shelling were found.
In Donetsk region, as a result of hostilities, power was cut off at substations, household consumers, and a mine. At the time of the incident, 89 workers were in the mine, and they were brought to the surface. Power has been partially restored.
In the Kyiv region, during the alarm, power was cut off at substations, which resulted in blackouts for household consumers in two regions. Power has been restored.
