Russian troops attacked an important energy facility in the Kherson region.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson OVA, Alexander Prokudin.
"Due to the attack, there are problems with electricity supply in a number of settlements. I ask residents of the region to prepare for a prolonged lack of electricity," the head of the Kherson Regional Emergency Management Agency emphasized.
Alexander Prokudin added that energy professionals are doing everything possible to stabilize the situation.
In Kherson itself, on June 27, there were power outages due to Russian shelling. This was reported on Facebook by the head of the city's military administration, Yaroslav Shanko.
According to him, specialists are studying the extent of the damage in order to begin repairs. The timing of the restoration of power supply is still unknown.
