Revenue distribution between Ukrenergo and Moldelectrica is planned in a ratio of 50% to 50%
The National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Utilities (NCRECU) has agreed on changes to the rules for the allocation of interstate intersections with Moldova at joint auctions.
This was reported by the regulator's press service.
"An agreement on the distribution of inter-zonal capacity between trading zones was concluded between the transmission system operators of Ukraine and Moldova, NPC Ukrenergo and SE Moldelectrica, which, in particular, provides for additional distribution at intraday auctions based on the Ukrenergo auction platform. Revenues are expected to be distributed between Ukrenergo and Moldelectrica in a ratio of 50% to 50%," the report says.
The press service adds that the NEURC also agreed on an updated structure for the distribution of interstate crossings with Moldova: 35% of the maximum available crossing capacity during the year will be offered for annual and monthly auctions, and 30% of the maximum available throughput capacity during the year/month will be offered for daily auctions. Currently, 0% of the maximum available throughput capacity will be offered for intraday auctions.
As reported by "Ukrainian Energy", the National Commission for the Regulation of Electricity and Energy of Ukraine (NECER) has set a tariff for electricity transmission for 2025. The tariff is UAH 686.23 (excluding VAT) per 1 MWh.
