The tariff is UAH 686.23 (excluding VAT) per 1 MWh
The National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Utilities (NCRECU), at its meeting held today, December 19, in the form of an open hearing, adopted, in particular, the resolution "On establishing the tariff for electricity transmission services of NPC Ukrenergo for 2025."
The tariff is set at UAH 686.23 (excluding VAT) per 1 MWh.
As a reminder, on December 16, the Regulator published a revised draft resolution, which provided for an increase in the tariff for the transmission of electricity by Ukrenergo NPC for 2025 by 30%, to UAH 686.23 (excluding VAT) per 1 MWh, and for "green" metallurgists - UAH 359.55/MWh.
Previously, the National Commission for the Regulation of Energy and Utilities of Ukraine planned to approve the transmission tariff for 2025 at the level of 678.58 UAH/MWh on December 10, but the consideration of the issue was postponed for further development.
In the structure of the proposed tariff, almost half is spent on fulfilling special obligations to ensure general public interests, i.e. PSO, - over 32 billion UAH. Of this amount, 78% is spent on the service of ensuring an increase in the share of electricity production from alternative sources, except for private households, on which payments to producers of electricity from renewable sources under the "green" tariff depend. The projected average "green" tariff for the next year is 6437 UAH per 1 MWh.
Ukrenergo may spend UAH 14.9 billion next year on the purchase of electricity to compensate for technological costs.
As reported by "Ukrainian Energy", еlectricity consumption in Ukraine corresponds to seasonal indicators. However, energy experts advise saving energy and not turning on several powerful electrical appliances at the same time from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
