There are no electricity restrictions in Ukraine for the third day

There have been no power outages in Ukraine for the third day in a row. The reason is a combination of factors: above-average temperatures, increased imports, but most importantly, the heroic work of power engineers who are restoring the damaged infrastructure.
YASNO CEO Serhiy Kovalenko wrote about this on his Facebook page.
However, he noted that the situation could change. Therefore, it is important to understand how the schedules work and what information is available.
Serhiy Kovalenko points out that there are two schedules - probable outages for the week and the schedule of actual outages for today and tomorrow, which is published from 20:00.
The first is needed to understand - at what hours of the week the light should be guaranteed. "The logic is this," writes the general director of YASNO, "that the schedule of probable outages includes a pessimistic scenario, when Ukrenergo gives an instruction to disconnect 4 lines out of 6."
It is in this schedule that changes have occurred:
- time slots are now 30 minutes, not an hour;
- subgroups have appeared, now there are 12 of them;
- guaranteed light is now at least 3.5 hours, not 2.
"These changes add flexibility and even greater accuracy in planning. And most importantly, this is a unified schedule for the entire country," states Serhiy Kovalenko.
He emphasizes that the second schedule is more important because it shows the exact hours when the lights should be turned off. But it is worth understanding that adjustments may occur throughout the day.
YASNO CEO Serhiy Kovalenko emphasizes the importance of informing consumers. For example, in the YASNO application, push notifications are sent 30 minutes before the shutdown. It is also worth defining your subgroup - this can be done on the website and in the smartphone application.
