Kremenchuk HPP will be protected from drones by structures
Their construction will cost almost a billion hryvnias
"Ukrhydroenergo" ordered the construction of anti-drone facilities to protect the Kremenchuk hydroelectric power plant from enemy attack drones. This is known from the Prozorro platform.
The amount of the order is UAH 976 million.
The explanatory note states that the construction of structures is necessary to protect the hydroelectric plant from attacks by Russian attack UAVs. Such anti-drone facilities will reduce the probability of damage to the HPP by enemy "shaheds".
All work must be completed by December 25, 2025. Construction was estimated at 976 million 950 thousand UAH. The works will be performed by the private company "UKRSTAL CONSTRUCTION".
As "Ukrainian Energy" reported, on Thursday, November 14, due to wet snow and rain, 43 settlements in Poltava Region were cut off.
