According to the press service of NPC Ukrenergo, electricity consumption today, Tuesday, July 15, corresponds to seasonal indicators. As of 9:30 a.m., its level was at the same level as on the morning of the previous day, Monday.

Yesterday, July 14, the daily maximum consumption was recorded in the evening. It was 2.9% higher than the previous working day - Friday, July 11. The reason is the increase in air temperature in the western and central regions compared to last week.

The country's energy system is balanced as of July 15, and no planned restrictions for consumers are foreseen, the Ministry of Energy reports.

At the same time, given the weather conditions, Ukrenergo calls on citizens to postpone active energy consumption today, i.e. the use of powerful electrical appliances, to the period of maximum efficient operation of solar power plants (SPPs) - from 10:00 to 14:00.

The Ministry of Energy also asks consumers to use electricity rationally, especially during peak morning and evening hours.

Economical consumption will help reduce the load on the power system, as energy workers continue to carry out restoration work on power facilities damaged by enemy shelling and take all necessary measures to maintain stable operation of the power system, the Ministry of Energy emphasizes. In addition, current scheduled repairs are being carried out at power facilities to prepare equipment for the next heating season, as well as periods of increased load in the summer.
