Green Platform to launch in Ukraine
This is a digital catalog of available green financing programs for businesses and communities, developed by DiXi Group, Ministry of Economy, Green Transition Office
The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, together with the DiXi Group think tank and the Green Transition Office, have begun work on creating a Green Platform. This is a digital catalog of available green financing programs for businesses, municipal and state enterprises, and territorial communities. The Ministry of Economy reports this.
It is noted that the platform will help find relevant opportunities for the implementation of energy-efficient solutions, resource conservation, and sustainable modernization.
The Green Platform will be available on the "Made in Ukraine" website. The catalog will contain:
- a list of credit, grant and investment programs;
- personalized search tools for business or community needs;
- information about green transformation, examples of implemented projects and useful resources for getting started.
A pilot version of the service will be presented in the near future. The Green Transition Office team will be responsible for filling and updating the catalog, as well as providing technical support to partner institutions.
"The green platform will combine proposals from the state, banks, donors and investment funds in a convenient format. It will operate on the "Made in Ukraine" website, complementing other state programs for the development of domestic production and sustainable solutions. This is not just a catalog, but a tool for development - with examples of implemented solutions, personalized search and constant updating of information," emphasized Andriy Telyupa, Deputy Minister of Economy.
"In the functionality, we provide a convenient form for adding new programs. We invite financial institutions, donor institutions, and investment funds to submit information about their initiatives directly through the platform," said Andriy Kitura, Head of the Green Transition Office, Development Director of DiXi Group.
All programs that comply with the principles of green financing will be accepted for inclusion in the platform's catalog. This will expand access to financial instruments not only for businesses, but also for municipalities seeking solutions for sustainable development.

The initiators emphasize: the ecological transformation of Ukraine's economy requires not only decisions from the state, but also broad participation of the financial sector and partner support from international donors.
The creation of the platform was made possible with the support of the International Renaissance Foundation within the project "Research and Advocacy of Opportunities for the "Green" Recovery of Ukraine", implemented by the NGO "DIXI GROUP".
The Green Transition Office is an independent advisory body under the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, which helps implement reforms in the field of green transition, energy and climate policy of Ukraine. The Green Transition Office carries out its activities with the financial support of the UK Agency for International Development and is implemented by the NGO "DIXI GROUP".
