Electricity consumption in Ukraine has decreased due to warming

Today, January 8, electricity consumption in Ukraine at 9:30 a.m. was at the same level as on Tuesday, according to Ukrenergo NPC.
Yesterday, January 7, the daily maximum consumption was recorded in the evening. It was 7.4% lower than the maximum of the previous working day - on Monday, January 6. This is explained by a significant increase in air temperature in most regions of Ukraine.
Ukrenergo reminds that the power system is still being restored after 13 massive missile and drone attacks by the Russian military last year. Emergency restoration work at power facilities is ongoing. Specialists are doing everything possible to restore damaged equipment and replace equipment destroyed by the enemy as soon as possible.

As reported by "Ukrainian Energy", on the morning of January 7, electricity consumption was 5.5% lower than on the morning of the previous day.
