The occupiers damaged the dam - water spilled
As a result of the attack of the Russian troops, no houses have been flooded at the Kurakhiv Reservoir. This was reported by Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk regional military administration.
However, at 16:00 on November 12, 15 million cubic meters of water spilled out of the Kurakhiv Reservoir.
Fortunately, the villages on the Vovchii River were not flooded.
The leadership of the region is closely monitoring the situation. In case of significant changes, they promise to inform additionally.
As "Ukrainian Energy" wrote, on Monday, November 11, Russian troops damaged the Terniv dam of the Kurakhiv Reservoir in Donetsk region. It is impossible to inspect the dam near the village of Stari Terny of the Kurakhiv community due to shelling.
