At night, the Russian occupying army attacked Mykolaiv with S-300 missiles. Infrastructural facility, restaurant complex, shopping pavilions, residential buildings and cars were damaged. There have been fires, the relevant services are working. This was announced by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Vitaliy Kim.
In total, due to hostilities and other reasons, 495 settlements were completely or partially cut off this morning. This is reported by NEC "Ukrenergo".
Due to enemy attacks, consumers in the Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, and Mykolaiv regions are without power.
For technical reasons, there is a blackout in the Sumy, Zaporizhzhia and Kyiv regions.
Electricity consumption is increasing. Today, October 15, its level in the morning was 3% higher than at this time the previous day - on Monday. Therefore, it is better to use powerful electrical appliances between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Import of electricity from Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, and Moldova continues during the day. The total volume is 6,478 MW*h, with a maximum capacity of up to 1,400 MW in individual hours.
As "Ukrainian Energy" reported, the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Utilities (NKREKP) called the information disseminated in the mass media about the threat of stopping the import of electricity from the European Union an outright manipulation.
