Electricity consumption stabilized on January 24
The level of electricity consumption on Friday morning was unchanged compared to the previous day and is in line with seasonal indicators
Electricity consumption has stabilized at a level that corresponds to seasonal indicators. Today, Friday, January 24, as of 9:30, it was the same as the morning of the previous day - Thursday, the press service of NPC Ukrenergo reports.
Yesterday, January 23, the daily maximum consumption was recorded in the morning. It was 1.4% lower than the maximum of the previous day - on Wednesday, January 22.
At the same time, there is still a need to consume electricity economically, as the Ukrainian power system is still recovering from massive Russian missile and drone attacks, and emergency restoration work is ongoing at energy facilities, Ukrenergo reminds.
Therefore, consumers are asked not to turn on several powerful electrical appliances at the same time between 08:00 and 20:00.
Regional distribution system operators (oblenergos) will report any changes in the situation in the power system on their websites and official pages on social networks.
As reported by "Ukrainian Energy", the level of electricity consumption in Ukraine decreased slightly yesterday, Thursday, January 23. At the same time, it remained high and corresponded to seasonal indicators.
