The Ministry of Energy assures that Ukraine has formed sufficient reserves to get through the autumn-winter period
This was reported by Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine Mykola Kolisnyk on the telethon "Edyny Novyny".
"Today, the reserves are formed at an appropriate level. They help to balance the energy system, based on various resources for generation," he noted.
Mykola Kolisnyk recalled that a significant number of generators running on diesel fuel, gasoline or gas were imported into Ukraine as backup power sources to ensure power supply in the event of targeted enemy attacks on energy infrastructure facilities.
"For all these groups of consumers, a sufficient level of reserves has been formed today so that prices do not fluctuate during the winter, and we have seen clear confidence in the possibility of a stable heating season," he said.
As "Uкraynska energetika" wrote, The energy sector of Ukraine received over 19,000 tons of humanitarian aid. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, 36 countries have provided such assistance.
