13 June 2025

On the morning of June 13, the level of electricity consumption in Ukraine did not change compared to the morning of the previous day and corresponds to seasonal indicators

According to the press service of NPC Ukrenergo, electricity consumption in Ukraine today, Friday, June 13, remains at a level that corresponds to seasonal indicators. As of 9:30 a.m., its level was the same as the previous day, Thursday.

Yesterday, June 12, the daily maximum consumption was recorded in the evening. It was 1.4% lower than the maximum of the previous day. Ukrenergo cites the decrease in heat throughout Ukraine as the reason for such changes.

The system operator also reports that due to adverse weather conditions (rain, gusts of wind), 7 settlements in one of the regions were completely or partially without power on the morning of June 13. The regional energy company's repair crews are working to restore power to all subscribers as soon as possible, the report says.

The energy system is balanced as of June 13, and no planned restrictions for consumers are foreseen, the Ministry of Energy informs.

"Ukrenergo" reminds that emergency and restoration work is ongoing at Ukrainian energy facilities after massive Russian missile and drone attacks. In addition, the Ministry of Energy emphasizes that energy workers are carrying out scheduled repairs of energy equipment in preparation for the heating season and ensuring reliable operation in the summer period.

Therefore, energy experts are urging consumers to use electricity rationally to help reduce the load on the power system.

As reported by "Ukrainian Energy", electricity consumption in Ukraine yesterday, Thursday, June 12, corresponded to seasonal indicators. As of 9:30 a.m., its level was the same as the previous day, Wednesday.
