The Ukrainian gas transmission system operator purchased three gas turbine
The relevant contracts for €29.976 million have been published in the electronic procurement system "Prozorro"
LLC "GTS Operator of Ukraine" purchased three gas turbine units and spare parts for them for 29.976 million euros.
As Ukrinform reports, the relevant contracts with Solar Turbines Switzerland Sag and Nuovo Pignone International were published in the electronic procurement system "Prozorro".
Nuovo Pignone International must deliver two gas turbine units and a set of spare parts to the Ukrainian State Gas Transmission System Operator by October 4, 2025. The contract amount is 17.951 million euros.
Solar Turbines Switzerland Sag undertakes to organize the supply of one gas turbine unit, electrical equipment module, main stack and spare parts by November 20. The contract amount is 12.025 million euros.
According to the contracts, the technical specifications of the units are a trade secret.
As reported by "Ukrainian Energy", the government has simplified the procedure for building distributed generation facilities. The goal is to accelerate the construction and commissioning of distributed generation facilities, gas piston and gas turbine plants during martial law.
