496 settlements have been cut off
Over the past day, several settlements in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Sumy, Kharkiv and Kherson regions were cut off due to shelling and fighting. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Energy.
At the same time, equipment at one of the substations was turned off due to technological malfunctions in the Odesa region. The light disappeared from household consumers. The power supply has been restored according to the backup scheme.
Last day, the power industry restored electricity supply to 33,777 consumers. They were cut off as a result of hostilities and technological violations.
In total, 496 settlements were partially or completely cut off due to hostilities and technical violations on Friday morning.
As "Ukrainian Energy" reported, тhe EU is calling for a complete embargo on Russian LNG.
