"Since October 2022, the enemy has struck more than 1,000 civilian power infrastructure facilities. This has a noticeable impact on the stability of the power system. "The last shelling of the enemy on August 26 showed that the enemy is deliberately hitting objects, substations, on which the operation of the nuclear power plant depends," he added.
