Today, January 17, electricity consumption at 9:30 was 1.2% lower than at the same time on Thursday. Updated statistics were published by NPC Ukrenergo.
On January 16, the daily maximum consumption was recorded in the morning. It was at the same level as the maximum of the previous day.
Ukrenergo reminds that the energy system is currently continuing to recover after massive Russian missile and drone attacks. Emergency restoration work at energy facilities is ongoing.
From 08:00 to 20:00, the need for economical electricity consumption still remains. Energy experts ask not to turn on several powerful electrical appliances at the same time during this time. "However, the situation in the power system may change.
So follow the messages on the websites and official pages in social networks of your distribution system operator (oblenergo)," the regulator said in a statement.
As reported by "Ukrainian Energy", electricity consumption in Ukraine has stabilized and corresponds to seasonal indicators.
