553 settlements without electricity on Monday morning
Four border regions are without power due to hostilities
Due to hostilities and other reasons, 553 settlements are completely or partially without electricity this morning. This is reported by NEC "Ukrenergo".
In particular, attacks by Russian troops led to blackouts in the Donetsk, Kharkiv, Sumy, and Chernihiv regions.
Due to the effects of bad weather, 30 settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk, Chernihiv and Volyn regions were without electricity in the morning.
Due to technical reasons, there are consumers without power in the Kirovohrad and Zaporizhzhia regions.
Import of electricity from Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, and Moldova continues during the day. The total volume is 6,367 MW*h, with the maximum capacity in individual hours up to 1,339 MW.
In "Ukrenergo" they remind about the shortage of power during the hours of maximum consumption. Therefore, it is recommended to use powerful electrical appliances during the period of the most efficient operation of solar power plants - from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
