The Sumy OVA also reports that during the night and morning of October 28, the Russians carried out 15 shellings of the border territories and settlements of the Sumy region. Khotynsk, Bilopolsk, Esmansk communities and Konotopsky district came under fire. A total of 25 explosions were recorded.
