Minister of Energy German Galushchenko announced plans to accelerate the decentralization of the country’s energy system and increase the share of nuclear generation in electricity production.

The Verkhovna Rada adopted in the second reading draft law No. 8067 on the corporatization of the state-owned enterprise NNEGC “Energoatom”.

The installed capacity of solar power plants of private households in Ukraine reached 1,385 MW as of the end of the third quarter of 2022. This is 78% more as compared to data as of the end of 2021.
